Jim from Little Acre Foods is super passionate about whole animal butchery, producing ethically sourced and sustainably made pates, terrines and now, a range of specialty smallgoods. When it came time to launch this smallgoods sub-brand we took a cue from a classic butchery look and feel while keeping things fresh with some modern design flare.
